    [IMG] Baby War of Emperium

The regions of Prontera, Geffen, Payon, and Aldebaran have 1 castle available during the event, the weekly rotation will only enable one castle at the time on a special map where only Baby Job Classes can enter. The mechanics of the event are very similar to War of Emperium 1.0.

To participate in WoE combat, the Baby Job Classes must simply be in a guild that has a point invested in 'Approval' (requires only one guild level to attain). Otherwise, they cannot deal damage to Emperiums. They can however still attack others in Castles and be attacked.

    Disabled Cards

Baby Job Classes have fewer skills compared to their Trans. Job versions, this means there are less ways to counter some mechanics which will be mention in the following examples. The goal of restriction is to disable as few cards as possible while promoting a new variety of cards that were not used so much because of the great utilities offered the following cards:

    [IMG] Golden Thief Bug card

Example: A Baby Monk using Golden Thief Bug card cannot be dispelled by any means due that Baby Bard/Dancer don't have access to Tarot Card of Fate which usually bypass the Golden Thief Bug card. If other mechanics like Assassin Cross card and Devotion are considered then the only real counterplay during a Baby WoE would be the skill Absorb Spirits or Ghostring/Deviling cards considering that the monk was previously revealed by Sight or Ruwach.

Conclusion: To create a more noticiable differente between a normal War of Emperium and the Baby WoE, the Golden Thief Bug card will be disabled ONLY during Baby WoE. This will also promote a diversity of cards and builds that which are usually not used: Horn card, Medusa card, Seeker card, etc.

    [IMG] Ghostring Card

Example: A Baby Monk that can be dispelled due to the disabled Golden Thief Bug card have play very carefully but it should be rewarded if played successfully, a Ghostring card could deny a good play and neutralize all the effort of a Baby Monk to successfully hit an Asura Strike.

Conclusion: Ghostring card will be disabled only during Baby WoE to balance the pros and cons of a Baby Monk. Asura Strike can be interrumpted by Dispel or Absord Spirit as is normally, it also can be greatly reduced with cards like Deviling card, Thara Frog card, Tatacho Card, etc.

    [IMG] Fallen Bishop Hibram card

Example: With Golden Thief Bug card disabled all Magic-type job classes would dominate teamfights without problems due to the increased magic damage against Demi-Human race, considering that a High Wizard card can neutralize all the Mdef of a target.

Conclusion: To compensate the the previous changes, Fallen Bishop Hibram will be disabled in order to allow other job classes to survive the magic damage and contribute in a teamfight. It is also important to notice a Sage will continue to very important in a Guild vs Guild formation. Cards that boost elemental magic can be used in place of Fallen Bishop card to increase the damage of certain skills.

[IMG] Why are Memory of Thanatos card and Samurai Spector cards allowed?

Most of the Job Classes that aren't used on a traditional Guild vs Guild formation are due to the lack of damage and survivability that they may offer during a teamfight, Memory of Thanatos and Samurai Spector cards will be enabled in order to allow jobs like Baby Hunter, Baby Blacksmith, Baby Alchemist, etc. to be on equal terms compared with popular job classes like Baby Knight, Baby Wizard, etc.

A second reason that was considered was the fact that there is no Acid Demostration on a Baby WoE, which means full support jobs like Baby Sage or Baby Crusaders would be nearly unkillable by stacking Vit status. These cards will enable a counterplay against full support builds, is important to notice that Ice Pick is not available to all job classes.
