    Community Headgears Project

    Several hats were added to the Cash Shop to make them available for everyone, these hats were designed to make uncommon builds viable in PvE/PvP environment.

    Provide alternate or extend a means of Leveling, provide alternate means of Gameplay & provide solutions to improve existing Uncommon Builds.



    How to Participate
    1. Select a Headgear from the Community Headgear list.

    2. Choose one of the following topics:
    a. Propose/Suggest a new effect to the selected Hat according to its designed job class.

    b. Compare a Community Headgear with a Ragnite Coin/Cash Shop/Quest hat, explain why the Community Headgear is weaker for the same build. [Screenshot is a must]


    c. A short explanation of why the current effect is the ideal for its job. [Screenshot of the headgear during combat is a must]

    Rules

    [​IMG] Each headgear has been uniquely desgined to its own class.
    [​IMG] It should include upgrade bonuses to 7 or 9 for additional effects.
    [​IMG] Each headgear targets or attempts to target an uncommon build that is not of the mainstream.
    [​IMG] If a job class doesn't have a headgear yet, suggestions about its design are welcome.
    [​IMG] Suggestions are welcome but do not be upset if your suggestion is not added, some effects are just simply NOT possible.
    [​IMG] The event doesn't have a specific closing date.

    Community Headgears

    [​IMG] Black Ribbon [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Adds +3 ATK for every 5 points of base AGI.
    Increases the damage of Magnum Break by 15%.

    [ Refined +7 or higher ]
    Increase the damage of Spear Boomerang and Pierce by 1% for each level of Spear Mastery learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]

    Add 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Critical Wound when using skill Pierce.
    Jobs: Knight

    [​IMG] Divine Guard Hat [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Reduces damage received by monsters of all sizes by 5%.
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 5 Heal on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.

    If a higher level of this skill is learned then that level will activate.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Grand Cross by 1% for each level of Spear Mastery learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 2 Aura Blade on an enemy when attacking.
    Jobs: Crusader

    [​IMG] Shrine Maiden Hat [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 5
    Effect: Increases the effectiveness of your Heal and Sanctuary skills by 5%.
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Heal on the user when the user receives Physical or Magical Damage.

    If a higher level of this skill is learned then that level will activate.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increase the damage of Magnus Exorcismus by 1% for each level of Mace Mastery learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 10 Heal when using skill Heal.
    Jobs: Priest

    [​IMG] Focus Beret [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Increases Attack Speed by 10%.
    When Tiger Knuckle Fist is used, 10% chance to autocast Level 1 Chain Crush Combo.

    If a higher level of this skill is learned then that level will activate.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Tiger Knuckle Fist and Chain Crush Combo by 2% for each level of Triple Attack learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    When attacking, has a chance of gaining ATK +200 for 5 seconds but drains 100 HP every second.
    Jobs: Monk

    [​IMG] Ordinary Black Magician [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 2
    Effect: Matk +5%.
    Increases Magic Defense bypass by 1% for every refinement level.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Waterball, Napalm Vulcan, Heaven's Drive by 1% for each level of Soul Drain learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a chance of auto casting Level 5 Safety Wall when casting Level 5 Waterball, Napalm Vulcan, Heaven's Drive on yourself.
    Jobs: Wizard

    [​IMG] Magician's Night Cap [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 4
    Effect: Mdef +4. Matk +5 for every 5 base INT.
    Enables Level 5 Double Attack, if a higher level of Free Cast is known, it will be enabled at that level instead.

    [ Refined +7 or higher ]
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 2 Lightning Bolt on the enemy when attacking with physical or magical damage.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Increases damage of Fire Bolt, Cold Bolt and Lightning Bolt by 3%.
    Jobs: Sage

    [​IMG] Autumn Headband [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Adds +4 ATK for every 5 points of base INT.
    Reduce damage from Long Range attacks by 5%
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Land Mine, Blast Mine and Claymore Mine by 3% for each level of Steel Crow learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Increases the damage of Land Mine, Blast Mine and Claymore Mine by 10%.
    Jobs: Hunter

    [​IMG] Lyrica Hat [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 2
    Effect: Reduce damage from Long Range attacks by 2%.
    Reduces after-skill delay by 1% for every 2 refinement level.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Vulcan Arrow by 1% for each level of Musical Lesson learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a chance of auto casting Level 5 Tarot Card of Fate on the monster when using skill Arrow Vulcan.
    Jobs: Bard

    [​IMG] Night Sparrow [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 2
    Effect: Reduce damage from Long Range attacks by 2%.
    Reduces after-skill delay by 1% for every 2 refinement level.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Vulcan Arrow by 1% for each level of Dancing Lesson learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a chance of auto casting Level 5 Tarot Card of Fate on the monster when using skill Arrow Vulcan.
    Jobs: Dancer

    [​IMG] Oni Horns [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Atk +30, Hit +15.
    Adds a 5% chance of restoring 4% of damage as HP when performing a physical attack.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Increases the damage of Soul Destroyer and Meteor Assault by 1% for each level of Katar Mastery learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 5 Poison React when the user receives Physical Damage.
    Jobs: Assassin

    [​IMG] Inconspicuous Hat [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 3
    Effect: Atk +4%, Matk +4%, Mdef +6.

    Indestructible (except in upgrade attempts).
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]

    Enables Shadow Spell; adds 15% chance of auto casting a Level 5 skill learned from using Intimidate skill.
    Auto-casting skills that require catalysts (or other criteria) are still necessary.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]

    Increases Ranged Physical Damage +5%.
    Jobs: Rogue


    [​IMG] Sea Captain Hat [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 3
    Effect: Increases the damage of Mammonite and Cart Revolution by 10%.

    Enables use of Throw Tomahawk.
    [ Refined +7 or higher ]
    Increases the damage of Mammonite and Cart Revolution by 1% for each level of Weaponry Research learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    The Throw Tomahawk skill shoves the enemy 2 cells back.
    Jobs: Blacksmith

    [​IMG] Harvester Hat [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Every time you kill a monster, there is a low chance to drop Acid Bottle and Bottle Grenade.
    Adds 5% chance to Stun opponents when dealing physical damage.

    [ Refined +7 or higher ]
    Increases the damage of Demostration and Acid Terror by 2% for each level of Axe Mastery learned.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Critical Wound when using skill Acid Terror.
    Jobs: Alchemist

    [​IMG] Ascendant Crown [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 3
    Effect: Max HP +5%, Max SP +5%, Mdef +2.
    Reduce 3% damage from Neutral property attacks.

    [ Refined +7 or higher ]
    Atk +3%, Matk +3%.
    Hit +20, Critical Rate +5, Perfect Dodge +2.

    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Maximum HP +1000, Maximum SP +100.
    All Stats +2.

    Jobs: Super Novice


    [​IMG] Hitaikakushi [1]
    Class: Headgear
    Defense: 1
    Effect: Matk +3%.
    Maximum HP +2000.
    Increases Critical Rate by 2 for every refine level.
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 3 Esma on the target when the user physically attacks.

    [ Refined +7 or higher ]
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting the highest level learned Kaupe on the user when the user receives Physical Damage.
    [ Refined +9 or higher ]
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting the highest level learned Estun on the target when the user physically attacks.
    Jobs: Soul Linker

    actualmente uso la clase Assasing para instancias y farmear en algunos mapas concurridos de mucha mob, Los [​IMG] Oni Horns [1], tiene efecto interesante, sobretodo por el atk y la restauración, no tanta como el Ridewor Hat [1] pero esta compensa con el ataque que otorga y los valores de acuerdo al refine alcanzado; me parecería mejor si al llegar al refine a +9 en ves de dar poison React daría la skill Venon Splasher en lv 5, así serviría para controlar la mob en masa y seria mas entretenido
