Monthly Costume Boxes contains special costume headgears and garments, these headgears are divided by the following tiers:

40% "Common"
30% "Rare"
20% "Epic"
5% "Legendary" (Hat of the Month)
5% "Suit" (Suit of the Month)

Go to the Misc. NPCs section in the second part of the Main Room.

Talk to the lady to create a Costume Box using the following requirements:

• 1 Costume Box Ticket
• 2500 Cash Points
