    Negative Effect: -10% Aspd. -10% Flee Rate. -50% Movement Speed
    Positive Effect: Gives you Increase Agility Movement Speed. Does not stack with it

    Negative Effect: Causes Blind status (Unreducable and unavoidable, but can be healed with Green Potion, Panacea, etc). Deals 100 damage every second
    Positive Effect: Increases Critical Damage and Normal Damage by 10%.

    Negative Effect: -10% Healing Effectiveness (This affects consumables, and it stacks with Critical Wounds).
    Positive Effect: Recovers 1% Max HP every second.

    Negative Effect: Consumes a small amount of Max HP every second. (Does not work on Boss monsters).
    Positive Effect: Grants immunity to Stun and Blind status.

    Removes the effects of a New Poison.

    Negative Effect: Decrease Max HP by 10%.
    Positive Effect: Decreases damage taken from Melee Reflect by 20%.

    Negative Effect: Forces target to spam /heh emote and randomly cast skills. Drains 2% of Max HP every 4 seconds.

    Negative Effect: Inflicts 1 damage causing target to flinch every 10 seconds. This will interrupt the skill casting. It poisons user and target, it can be healed.
    Positive Effect: Recovers 1% Max SP every second.

    Negative Effect: Forces target to use /? emote. Blocks targets SP recovery. Has a small chance to apply Oblivion Curse (Silence that can't be removed by most Silence cures. Int can prevent this status).
    Positive Effect: Grants immunity to Curse and Silence status.
